Good service, reply on emails, fast shipping. What I missed though was a real guide for growing with video and bring up all the first grower question marks along the way. I had to through my 2 first kits and drive far evry time for pickup. For anybody buying golden teacher I want to tell you they call them "fresh mushrooms" when u look for the growers instructions. Be aware gt doesn't like much moister. It becomes moldy. Open the bag before they say in the instructions to have a look/feel.

The timing and package were perfect! Everything arrived in halftime the time predicted and that was a great surprise.

At first i bought the Supa Mexican grow kit which I wouldn't recommend to anyone. It's very time intense to care fore and after 5 weeks following the instructions I got only a few black mushrooms out of it.

Delivery time and communication

Have spent 5 weeks on a product that has given me nothing, even though I followed every single bit of the directions on the website. Waste of time and money. Really annoyed.

Been ordering from zamnesia for years. Got 2 supa gro golden teachers kits which were contaminated and only gave 2 smelly abourt pins. Contacted customer service and filled out the questions asked and provide photos. Long story short, in over 9 emails since 19th of September iv been told theres no photos in the email (which there is) or it was the first email they received from me(which is not the case as my chat in the email shows). Been left over a week with no reply and then when i get in contact again i was as well off talking to the wall as was told ots the first email they received from me. Been loyal customer for years but after this shit show for customer service i have to find another place, as its all good when everything works but as soon as something goes wrong you get no help and left with no reply.

From ordering, through the shipping process and getting everything at my door - it was the best buying experience I've ever had, 100%. It really feels to be at the highest standard and the work you're putting in is really visible. For me - for future - it's the go-to place for sure.

Logistics service and delivery time is great. Mushroom kits could have better results. The rest is very good. Marketing is good.
