Top quality products, discreet packaging ,fast delivery. Plus for the bonus gift bags. Always nice to receive something extra even though it may not be relevant to the order made. This was a replacement kit for two kits that did not grow as intended. During the whole service process everybody was really quick to answer and supportive at all stages. Giving advice, referring to resources for educating myself and the offering support. At the end offering a courtesy replacement, free of charge. If only this was the new normal for customer service.
