An order didn't arrive so I notified the support team, the response was fast and they issued my order again which arrived within 3 days as expected. I can't rate zamnesia highly enough!

Ich bin mit Zamnesia sehr zufrieden. Nicht nur das riesige Sortiment ist super, nein auch der Support ist toll. Die bestellten Artikel kommen sehr schnell und super gut verpackt bei mir an. Nichts auf dem Paket weißt auf zamnesia oder ähnliches hin. Bei den Angeboten und Prozenten die es gibt, findet jeder sein Schnäppchen oder kann sparen. Ich empfehle Zamnesia jeden meiner Freunde mit dem selben Hobby und jeder ist zufrieden. Macht weiter so

Super god service og support 😁😁😁😁😁 fik nogle nye frø da spireevnen på de første ikke var tilfredsstillende . Fuld forståelse hos kundesurport👍👍👍👍👍indsendte nogle foto af de planter der var spiret og en beskrivelse af min arbejdsgang. Herefter fik jeg valget mellem at få tilsendt nogle nye frø eller et tilgodebevis . Det er sku god service !

always great service and presents. Got some mushrooms from zamnesia and comes well packaged as always, they never fail to deliver a quality product, even to a country so far like mine. If i had to guess, my next order will also includes some gifts, which makes me excited for my next zamnesia puchase

Happy with the zamnesia’s service from start to finish. The grow kit itself was mediocre. Only got 2 flushes from it, totalling 125g fresh mushrooms which dried down to just under 12g dried. I don’t blame zamnesia for this though, I just think it wasn’t a great kit. Will try a different strain and brand next time
