I'm absolutely satisfied with Zamnesia. I ordered Fresh Mushrooms (brand) grow kit of Golden Teachers and received stealth shipment in just four days (to northern Europe). Grow box was fully colonized by very vital looking mycelium, which gave a generous 12.xg first flush with such on ease. Thank you so very much, you're providing absolute magical healing power when it is mostly needed. Keep up the great work. Love you.

This was a replacement order. First I ordered a Zamnesia mushroom grow kit, bit it was very contaminated and barely produced anything. I wrote to customer service, and after answering some questions and sending some photos they allowed me to order another kit for free! I do have some experience with these kits, and I've never had a kit do so badly, so this was a strange occurrence for me. I chose a supagrow kit as a replacement, and it's doing great! This shop has been a favourite of mine for several years, and I will definitely keep coming back!

Der er ikke rigtig noget jeg kan sætte en finger på, alt kører fantastisk på skinner. Har ikke på noget tidspunkt oplevet andet end god service og professionelle medarbejdere. Hvis der skulle opstå nogle problemer, er jeg sikker på at i løser dem hurtigere end de kan nå at opstå for alvor. Tak for god kundeservice

The experience very positive, costumer service very understanding and fast! In terms of improvement maybe it would be great to onow if there was any way to save the shroom kit, but I understand that with a comntaminatuon there may be very little if not nothing to do. No more waiting for the man. Bestellungen laufen bei Zamnesia eigentlich recht unspektakulär ab. Die Waren in den Warenkorb geklickt, eine der angebotenen Zahlungsmöglichkeiten ausgewählt und innerhalb kurzer Zeit ist auch schon alles verpackt und auf den Weg gebracht. Die Versanddauer wird schon im Voraus von Zamnesia sehr genau eingeschätzt und veranschlagt - der Fortschritt der Zustellung lässt sich dann per Tracking mitverfolgen. Die Sendungen sind neutral verpackt, nichts lässt auf Inhalt oder Absender schließen. Ich hatte einmal schon Kontakt zum Kundensupport, der sehr rasch und freundlich auf mein Anliegen einging.

Die verpackung ist immer sehr discret, also man sieht nicht an der verpackung was man bestellt was sehr gut ist. Und das einzige was man verbessern könnte wäre nur die lieferzeit aber 2-4 tage sind auch schon sehr gut also ich kann mich absolut nicht beschwären
