The customer support is amazing, all the products are of great quality and variety. The only issue is that I have a hard time getting the maximum out of the growing boxes. They always end up being contaminated after one or two flushes although I'm EXTRA careful with sanitizing.

Very professional and supportive team. There was an issue with the delivery but the support team are great and respond quickly. They resolved the issue and were very helpful. As for the grow kit, the instructions are easy enough to follow. I would definitely recommend Zamnesia and found it a safe and pleasant experience to buy from them.
