Leveringstermijn was wat later dan normaal maar wel binnen uw aangegeven termijn. Gratis autoflowers erg leuk, vorig jaar gaven jullie gewone, top dat i kijk 'aar de bestelling zodat die gratis ook autoflowers zijn. Wel weinig grow producten, voeding, lampen etc. Al bij al tevreden

Customer service has been brilliant and highly professional and communicative. As a newcomer, their advise and patience has been most helpful and I highly recommend Zamnesia. The Golden Teacher kit was a success. I maintained a constant 23-24c temperature by using a small portable energy efficient heater. It did the trick. Now on the second flush. Pins came of course on the side, but carefully I tried my best to remove them. Now on second flush after just 3 days, there are about 20 new pins. So, fingers crossed. I will be back and order again.

I had a complaint about a golden teacher mushroom kit that only gave 1 flush and another about some hot glue on the filter of the latest Mckennaii, which I was assured there was no problem at all - thankfully. Had another complaint about a B+ kit but realized it wasn't from Zamnesia - for that, I apologize profoundly to the Zamnesia staff. The staff was super friendly and gave a fast reply. Very helpful too. I'm pretty satisfied with the costumer service. :)
