Great service all round. Competitive prices, fast shipping and good customer support. I had an issue with the order and it was resolved quickly and beyond my initial expectations. Very poor production (no more than 20g dry in 4 flush) but very potent. I was disappointed but Zamnesia offer a new free kit. So top notch service !

I had my doubts when I was placing my order, especially on the legitimacy of your company and products thinking that it might be a scam. To my delight, I received my packages really quickly and neatly. My items were very nicely packaged together to prevent shipping damages. I smelled perfume in the package too which I believe is a strategy of yours to prevent canines sniffing out the stuff. I can see the amount of care you guys put into making sure that you do your best for your customers and that they are happy with the products, if not your excellent attentive customer service. This is further evidenced by your requests for reviews and surveys. I have had an absolutely great experience purchasing and growing my first shrooms with Zamnesia and you can bet I will definitely be a returning customer. I love everything about your services, from the specific growing guides on your website to the quality of the mushrooms (and other miscellaneous items i.e. heating pad). Thank you very much Zamnesia.
