On the website it said there was going to be a surprise with the value of € 5 however this was not in the box. Besides that we had 2 mushroom boxes one of them worked quite well however we were missing some instructions with the box itself which was not entirely clear where to find these in the beginning. After finding the instructions and applying them one of the boxes is not growing the mushrooms properly. Only a few mushrooms came out and are growing compared to the other box which had a lot more yield. I am still following the instructions however as a first time grower this does not seem to be worth it.

I ordered a Supa Grow kit which unfortunately didn’t produce more than a couple of small pins. Giving I’d been nurturing the kit and followed the instructions closely this was a disappointing outcome. After contacting Zamnesia and answering a few questions they told me the kit was likely defective.

All was good! From the shopping experience itself, to the details for payment and delivery. Since I buy from the UK it takes quite a long time to get the products, but that's no issue at all. I can't think of anything I would ask to improve!!! The range of products is always pretty awesome, I'm more focused on mushrooms, so anything new that comes that way I will be interested!

I pretty much liked everything. My order was submitted very quickly and everything went smooth. And eventhough my grow kit turned out to be deffective your service did not let me down and got me a new one.
