I ordered a Fresh Mushrooms grow kit which initially didn't turn out, when I contacted Zamnesia they were incredibly helpful and understanding and immediately sent me a second one free of charge. In the end the kit from the first ordered arrived (later than the second one) so I had 2 kits.

Excellent products and even better customer service. Can't speak highly enough of these guys. They are extremely trustworthy, all you'd need to do is a bit of browsing on shroomery to see they are highly regarded. If you have any issues what's so ever, ask and they shall reply promptly. The whole ordering process, from webpage experience to final checkout is smooth and well explained. All steps are clear, and there are a lot of payment options. I cannot think of anything I would improve! As someone who buys from the UK, the final payment has a few more steps, but that is understandable, so not a complaint!
