The service is good. Nothing to complain there. The problem was the product. It was defective i think. A very poor yield. I followed the instructions carefully. Even put a the thermo blanket but the flushes were too little (two flushes and less than a half of the surface capacity) My guess is that the block was poor in nutrients

It would be nice to have more precise instructions and guidelines. Some terminology was unfamiliar to me. Drying was for instance not really obvious to me how to do. With this said, the product was brilliant and super easy to use.

The mushrooms are great thanks.... they grew well but i didnt harvest early enough... despite following the guidelines.... will be better next time!!! the customer service from Zamnesia was also Outstanding. Rating 10/10 🙌

As always a fantastic service. The product was shipped quickly and in discreet packaging which was carefully packed to protect the contents. good shipping , but one of the pack has been wasted, i think it wasn't properly scealed and it has blown up the bag, i had to throw the truffles. Out of the rest, the quality was good

Es gibt warscheinlich ein globales Problem bei der Lieferung von Mushroom Grow Sets. Die Sporen flattern dabei hin und her und die Champis wachsen dadurch gerne mal nur an den Rändern bzw. am meisten. Aber ansonsten, alles perfekt! Diskret und man bekommt was man bestellt! Von den Wirkungen der Ware auch immer überzeugt bis jetzt.
