Rigtig god service og kommunikation når man henvender sig til dem. Jeg har haft problemer med betalingen på hjemmesiden, men kun fordi de har et sikkerhedssystem der gør, at jeg skal kontakte min bank for at kunne anvende mit betalingskort dertil, men der findes andre betalingsmuligheder, så fandt hurtigt anden løsning på betaling. Når betaling er igennem, er Zamnesia hurtige til at få ordreren afsted.

Service is excellent while the products not so much. They are ,mostly, of good quality but not always. Maybe it's the long shipping journey, but sometimes they seem to have lost their potency. All in all I consider Zamnesia one of the best psychedelic online stores. Also the double air tight seal, on some of the packaging, is a plus.

Never was I disappointed by the team of Zamnesia. Delivery has been always fast and safe. The quality of the products is the best. Very professional people! Super ein perfekter Service, man wird als Kunde Ernst und Wahr genommen, hatte zum ersten Mal Probleme mit dem Saatgut ich wollte eigentlich nur informieren, so etwas kann ja leider mal vorkommen, mir wurde umgehend Ersatz Angeboten vielen Dank dafür.

The shipping took less time then anticipated, so that was appreciated. Paying via wire transfer wasn’t the best, I would have appreciated being able to use PayPal or something, but it wasn’t that bad
