Heb niks aan de growkit gehad. Heb telefonisch contact gezocht omdat dat stond vermeld op de website. Dat als je vragen had je kon bellen. Geen van mijn vragen is beantwoord. En eris ook niks tegemoet gekomen. Ik raad iedereen aan om ergens anders growkits te bestellen! Heb ook tot heden geen instructies of iets in die richting ontvangen. Veel valse beloftes dus voor mij geen tweede keer meer! De kit is inmiddels 2 maanden oud. Allemaal weggegooid geld. De growkits van andere sites doen het prima!

Alles super, Diskretion 1A. Ich finde es toll, dass ihr erst an ein Verteilerzentrum in Deutschland versendet, so kann ich etwas ruhiger schlafen. Mich würden detailliertere Anleitungen und Tips zu den Growkits freuen, hat aber alles gut geklappt!

Customer service is very good, Zamnesia's team is very polite and quickly to give an answer. I had a question about an offer you have (3 + 3 seeds fastbuds) I was wondering if the other 3 would be the same strain or a different one, couldn't answer at first so when I placed the order I submitted a request and until that moment they answered my question, the order had been placed already. Also, because I wrote a review about a seed that after germination just died, Zamnesia contacted me with like 8 questions, couldn't reply at first because I was a bit sick so they sent another email about it, I replied but that was it, not sure what they really wanted. Other than that, their seeds are nice quality I might try again with that Sticky Beast in the future since its description sounds yummy. If I would buy seeds from Zamnesia again, I would probably get theirs. The Lava Cake is flowering great
