A few problems but wonderful customer service

I had a few small problems with my order. One item couldn't be shipped at all and one of the photo seed packs I ordered got confused with an automatic pack. Both problems however were quickly solved by customer service. I got to choose between a gift voucher or replacement items and still ended up with everything I needed. Overall I'm pretty happy. Mistakes happen, but a good customer service is key

Thanks for taking care of bad seed issues

Seeds came fast...packaging was best ive experienced yet.
