I had a few small problems with my order. One item couldn't be shipped at all and one of the photo seed packs I ordered got confused with an automatic pack. Both problems however were quickly solved by customer service. I got to choose between a gift voucher or replacement items and still ended up with everything I needed. Overall I'm pretty happy. Mistakes happen, but a good customer service is key

I had a bad seed and one of these seed was a male plant. They took care of it bu giving me a wide open chose of 2 new products. And they followed through with what they said they would do. Thank randy barrie

Very happy with whole experience from website to delivery. Germinated six seeds already...all popped ground. Overall so far my favorite seed bank.

They have a great catalog - a lot of variety. Didn't take but a few days - so quick I was surprised - to receive my order. It will be a while before I know how things turn out but I have high hopes!

Not good

I've been a satisfied customer for a couple of years now, and after comparing Zamnesia to shops I've tried before in Italy, Germany, Austria, and the UK, I can confidently say Zamnesia is the best by far. Their products are excellent, deliveries are fast, and their customer service is outstanding. Over all these years, I only encountered a small issue once, and it was resolved quickly and professionally. A huge thanks to the entire team—you guys are amazing!

All seeds germinated and seem ok so far. Only complaint is on the website it depicted each pack as a 3 pack of each strain. Now I figured it wasn’t 18 seeds to the pack for that price though I do recommend adding a description of what actually comes in the pack because I couldn’t find anything other than the triple seed pack photos they had up showing what strains came in the pack
