Placed the order on Dec 1st and I'm still waiting on Dec 21st

Overall, I have nothing to complain about, the only thing is that I was informed late about the shipment delay, but it's not a big deal.

Received email notification for delivery delay in advance so I had not anxiety about when the package was due to arrive.

I ordered on Black Friday and it took a month to arrive - that isn't a problem really. The issue is the grow bag was covered in holes making it impossible to keep it tight with water going everywhere - tried getting in touch - week later no response. If these things were fixed I would give a better review

Zamnesia is a great company. I ordered one shroom growing kit, kratom gold-bottle and damiana. Everything came, except pipet with the kratom. Allthough the bottle is such a kind I don`t think you can use a pipet with it. Maybe that`s the reason it didn`t come. I checked the comments to know how to doze the kratom. Thank you Zamnesia for everything. Oh yes, and with the growing kit there weren`t any growing guide nor a note that would have said that the instructions can be found on the site, but you know, I figured that. By the way, the growing plastic bag doesn`t hold water, but you must know that allready. In the instructions it is said to put 1,5 dl water to teh bag. I put, but it didn`t hold, so I put the bag and the kit to some oven bowl. I maybe need to change that, because some rust is leaking out of that bowl unfortunately. I hope it doesn`t do anything werid to the shrooms. I mean weirder. All in all, I think your company is absolutely great.

they told me the delivery was gonna be delayed only after i placed the order, and it has been de laude more than 10 days althought they said it was only gonna be 5.

First, the confirmation emails o received said delivery would be 5 working days. It took two weeks for the item to arrive. I ordered microdosing truffles. The packaging is incredibly difficult to open. There is no perforation around each truffle dose, so I had to stab it with a knife, sending the tiny pieces falling everywhere. I think this needs improvement. On a personal note, the experience with the product was overall negative- no nice effects, just anxiety, exhaustion and feeling destabilised. But this is individual.

Took 2 weeks to send, cancelled my order and two days from cancellation they sended it with explanations. Meh, was my last time, and also first bad experience with them.

A lot of high quality product with lots of information and always great contact when shipping or trouble.
