I ordered a mushroom grow kit on the 17th, I’m still waiting for it now. Before it usually took about a week but I’m currently on 2 and a half now. I am worried that this is going to affected the mycelium and not grow at all!! I don’t think it has anything to do with Zamnesia their products are top shelf!! But they have changed they’re delivery company as far as I can see!!

Received a few emails recently following orders stating zamnesia were moving warehouse and there may be some delays. This has happened to two of my recent orders. In fairness although responses were a little slow they re-shipped two of my orders free of charge and issued a 15% discount voucher for another order. Everyone has problems from time to time, zamnesia owned them and sorted it. Overall great website and service from these guys

I have bought plants for tea like Wild Dagga and other similar plants. According to the description, they suppose to give a "cannabis"-like effects, in a mild manner. I dont feel ****. I think this is a rip off way and I don't agree with this shady business practice. The same goes with all the other plants i suppose. Dissatisfied customer here.

What i ordered was tracked well and arrived on time and in good condition. However there was no instructions with it. I looked on your websight and found instructions but I originally followed instructions for the wrong kind of grow bag, my fault there. But I think the instructions should be more clear. It listed 4 different approaches for different kits. Thus my first time trying so I was bit lost and there nothing on my kit writing wise, so I ended up doing the wrong thing. Iv realised my mistake and corrected it, hopefully not spoilt the kit. But ye instructions with it or clear email link to say this instructions go with your kit. Maybe I just missed it.
