Ordered off Zamnesia many times over the years with very little problems which were solved quickly. Ordered stuff off them the 10th of February 2026 and have heard nothing from them since. Preparing order for 13 days now I have emailed them and have gotten zero response. I dont think I'll be back

De informatie aangaande de levering was afgemeten en duidelijk. De levering was heel correct, in een discrete verpakking. Ik ben zeer tevreden aangaande mijn koopervaring bij Zamnesia.com.

Ordered a few times from this website now and products and service are excellent

initially I requested to cancel my order (before it was shipped). Then the next day it was shipped anyways. then I received a broken glass piece. I directly sent an email about this. Then I waited a week, no reply yet. After that I emailed a reminder, still no reply. I will warn everyone I can about this very disappointing web shop. Please reflect on your processes, if this is durable at all it is not the way. still kind regards, Rick

just a pleassant

I bought the fresh mushrooms kit and some other stuff. All came by fast and all products are great! I already got my first yield on the mushrooms all working great. The only thing that messed me up was the instructions on the website. I started the procedure with wrong instructions because the fresh kit and the other one were so similar to me even with the same price so i was checking the wrong one. Anyway it is all fine at the end the kit is still working and I am happy :)
