Product missing

My 1st order arrived at my adress and the order was delivered with no product ,i got in contact with zamnesia support and they quickly sorted my problem out very quickly

Ordered some Jedi Mind **** and arrived in great conditions. I’m waiting for the results and will be back with the review of the mushrooms it self after I try it

Best "Private delivery" service experience

So from what I understand, you guys are starting to use a new warehouse system, which is nice and should be upgraded over time, but it’s taking a bit too long with the deliveries lately (waiting more than a month for a delivery currently). Otherwise, as stated in the one sentence, I absolutely love your products and will be ordering more.

They are advertised as .co.uk but based in the Netherlands, customer support is a joke no live chat just longwinded time consuming emails that don't resolve issues, or the other option you pay for international call charges, refused to cancel my order even though it states you can, no id check throughout the whole process so children could buy if they wanted, should not be allowed to trade in the uk in breach of countless violations and im making appropriate organisations know this

I love the Zamnesia team I mostly use it for grow kits too grow mushrooms but they haven’t disappointed me. I had good yields from them and all the product they send me were in perfect condition. The scratch cards are also a nice edition and I love too see what I can get for free on my next order. It’s the best side I have used in regards to seeds and mushrooms. Mush love.

I have been buying seeds from zamnesia for years but I've had 3 different emails in that time and I remember when zamnesia themselves had roughly a dozen strains and sold a few other things but in the last 5 years they've literally set light to the rocket and blown right up,Tripled their strains easy and expanded into loads of areas the collaboration between other great breeders ie master growers that know their awesome phenotypes from all there males and females ie.private strains, aswell as the other companies gems or seeds, it's you're choice, I never shop anywhere else because the prices are so good and the service and staff totally knowledgeable on every strain and other items too

Parcel arrived super quick to the right address, thanks to the nice lady on the phone who corrected my mistake when I put my old postcode on the address form. 10 days from unboxing to harvesting. I can’t tell you the weight right now because I’ve just moved house & can’t find my scales but it looks pretty healthy. Did a few stupid things but luckily, the mushrooms were in a forgiving mood. Very little side pinning, which surprised me because I got loads from the Golden Teachers. Maybe it’s the light source in the new house? Can’t tell you about the effects yet either, I’m afraid! I’ll be taking my first lot fresh in about 3 days, maybe I’ll update…. Cannot fault the service or any of the products I’ve bought from this fine, fine company. Bless you, Zamnesia, you are providing an invaluable service to humanity, especially we humans here in the UK!
