Ordered a few times from this website now and products and service are excellent

initially I requested to cancel my order (before it was shipped). Then the next day it was shipped anyways. then I received a broken glass piece. I directly sent an email about this. Then I waited a week, no reply yet. After that I emailed a reminder, still no reply. I will warn everyone I can about this very disappointing web shop. Please reflect on your processes, if this is durable at all it is not the way. still kind regards, Rick

just a pleassant

I bought the fresh mushrooms kit and some other stuff. All came by fast and all products are great! I already got my first yield on the mushrooms all working great. The only thing that messed me up was the instructions on the website. I started the procedure with wrong instructions because the fresh kit and the other one were so similar to me even with the same price so i was checking the wrong one. Anyway it is all fine at the end the kit is still working and I am happy :)

After sending the order and paying, I waited for a response. I haven't received anything for about 10 days. I tried to inquire on the website or via the order number, I sent messages but no response.. I couldn't reach the infoline.. so I I wonder if the order will stay. After about two weeks I received information that the courier had received the package and I could check it according to the tracking number.. so worse communication, longer delivery time, but otherwise 100% satisfaction with the quality of the product

Sometimes the delivery takes more time than promised , but great quality of products and if there is a problem , customer service is always there for you

Really happy with the overall experience I've had. Delivery took a bit longer than expected, however no fault of Zamnesia, just a crap Postal system my end lol. Everything part of the service is how Zamnesia says it would be.. Highly recommend

Highly recommend Zamnesia. I buy everything regarding cultivation from them and so far I haven’t been disappointed once. Spices/mushrooms/seeds has always germinated and been of great quality. They also provide a discreet and quick delivery. On top of their outstanding products/deliveries they also run fun promotions which I enjoy, scratch tickets/sales are a fun way to explore new products and improve as a grower. All and all: 11/10.

I was looking for happycaps. Postage takes ages and they always seem to be out of stock. Ordered 5 Trip E and then went to the actual product site arrived in half the time from the product site compared to Zamnesia. Won't be ordering again takes far too long.

After 5 days waiting for a simple response by e-mail and their contact form, still no response in anyway it is very disappointing to have this kind of service meanwhile i got like 3 deliveries from companies same country ... so if you asked me if they are good ... well not at all...

For some reason im being ignored in emails. 2 mushroom kits bith failed One was stuck in post for too long (3 weeks) The other the cake kept crumbklng away And only fruited once!?

i understand that you're going to a new system, but two weeks when you said Czechia is 3 days delivery is unacceptable for me
