Absolute worst company in NL!
If you decide to use this terrible company online don�t pick trunkrs, tip de bruin allow it to be stated on their checkout page that by selecting them, it will be next day delivery, this is just 100% lies, no way this shambles of a company could provide that service that only a competent company could achieve I won�t use this tip de bruin again after this experience (still ongoing) If you want to avoid being disappointed that delivery drivers from trunkrs are stealing the high value clothes your paying your hard earned money for and tip de bruin want to avoid blame, so the customer (you and me) gets nothing, tip de bruin get their money and the thief gets new clothes your paying a lot of money for, for free. you get nothing but meaningless, fake apologies while waiting ten more days on top of the initial 7 days and lots of emails to get to that point, absolute joke! Disgusting to be honest. If you buy clothing and realise its faulty when you get home rest assured tip de bruins solution isn�t to refund you like any decent company, no they hit you with a gift card for their shop so you can buy something else that�s faulty This wouldn�t happen when shopping at the Bijenkorf Edit in response to your reply: how very stupid are you to broadcast how you treat customers ?? a fully deserved apology for your errors followed by an insult that my custom is not good enough for tip de bruin, well I�m afraid In reality its the opposite, your company is not worthy of me as a customer, or anybody else in my opinion ???? after dealing with your company it�s not surprising, I knew it was run by fools anyway. In that case refund me my money now then, don�t make me wait 18 days for your stupidity. Finally, Don�t worry I wouldn�t use you crooks again anyway, trunkrs said they never physically received the parcel and you expect the customer to just accept both of your incompetences? By the way I�ve kept every email and I will make sure I spread it far and wide, good luck in the future, fools!???? Update: I write this on the 11 February now almost a full month later and still no package or refund from this bunch of thieves, yes thieves because until I get my refund you�ve more or less stolen my money, even consider using this company and you deserve all you get, most amateur company I�ve ever experienced. Reputable ?? don�t make me laugh, cowboys is more appropriate. 13 February the 30 days since I paid is up and this bunch of thieves still won�t refund the money, you literally couldn�t make this up??????? lawyers involved now so unless you think this type of thing is amusing I�d stay well clear.
