Thank you very much for your review.
Yesterday our returns department received your order and it turned out that there was one item in the box without a tag. The box was neatly taped shut and undamaged.
All items except those without a tag are processed immediately by us. The item has left our warehouse with a tag, as it is debited from our stock by a scan of this barcode. The return conditions are on our website and we cannot accept it without a tag.
Underwear falls under the category of hygiene items, so we strictly assess them so that we can guarantee hygiene and quality to other customers. This was neatly told to you several times after you contacted us by telephone. Unfortunately it was not possible to have a normal conversation with you. You did not agree that it could not be processed and you showed this.
After we explained the return policy to you a number of times, you still did not agree. We indicated to you that we had to disconnect the connection if a normal telephone conversation was not possible.
You then sent us a few emails to which you also received a polite response. It is therefore not true that you were treated rudely. Your return shipment simply does not meet the conditions and there is no further discussion about this.
We have asked you several times to which address we can return the item, but we have not received an answer.
If you can provide us with this information, we can send it back to you.
