Garbage, do not order from them
They contract out their deliveries to local florists. In theory this shouldn't be a problem, but they absolve themselves from any responsibility for if the delivery does not arrive.
In my case, the delivery never arrived, the florist never attempted to call the recipient, the florist also would not leave the flowers at the front desk of the building. They didnt even try to ask the desk if they would keep them.
Instead they just decided, nope cant see the front door of the flat number and didnt bother to call. Then left.
The company will not provide any refund despite the flowers not arriving for the event they were scheduled in advance for.
You are better off picking some daisies on the street and throwing them the direction of the destination. Maybe the wind will carry the flowers to your intended target before Euroflorist NL does.
