Worst customer experience I ever had
I order a gift for Christmas on the 8th of December and still haven't gotten it, I can't believe it. I sent an email and they said that is a DPD problem, DPD said is Hypeboost's problem and then that I should call DPD Netherlands, I lost 40 min calling the Netherlands, spending money on the call and one person answers the phone no speaking English. Instead of Hypeboost trying to help me and talk with them and creating a case with DPD, they didn't give me any answer. Not recommended at all
Update 30/12/22-- I had to contact DPD myself, calling for Netherlands and then dpd Ireland because they refused to help me.
The shoes were ok, but if you are going to buy here I hope you don't need anything from the customer service area

They blackmailed to remove the comment:
I am willing to do so for you, however i see your account is suspended because of attacking us on the internet.
I can not provide this service in this case, please remove the attack and give me a message when that is done. After this i can start helping you and make the effort to start an investigation.

I'm sorry but with this attitude you can contact DPD youself as i can no longer provide extra service to you.
Filing a claim is a big procedure. A service we provide for decent customers.
---UPDATED 27/12/22----: THEY DIDN'T LIKE MY REVIEW SO THEY SUSPENDED MY ACCOUNT. ALSO: I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER AND THEY JUST SENT AN EMAIL SAYING THAT MY REVIEW IS UNFAIR :) -----
