For me, a disappointment.
For me, very disappointing. Ordered a pair of sneakers which was stated as 100% authentic. After the order I got confirmation that the sneakers was to be sent to hypeboost for authentication before shipped to me. Hypeboost withdrew the money right away, before shipping? This is illegal in my country. I made hypeboost clear that this was a Christmas present for my son, so it was very important for me to receive it before Christmas. I was worried because I haven�t read anything about that the sneakers needed to be sent to hypeboost first. I know this is to make sure the authenticity of the shoes. Fair enough. But why state �100% authentic� on an item, that Hypeboost haven�t even seen? After a few days I got notice that the sneakers did not pass their test, and hypeboost immediately made arrangements with another seller with an identical item.
This was done without my accept, and I would of course have declined this, because the process would be much delayed because of this. Hypeboost refuses to cancel the order.
Now I can just wait for my order, which of course will arrive way after Christmas. This is so disappointing and not great service in my opinion.
I would have been able to buy the sneakers from elsewhere and make my son happy, if Hypeboost haven�t made arrangements with another seller on my behalf.
I�m sure this company runs business in good faith, and support replys are polite and quick, but is not to be recommended for this particular handling I�m afraid.
