The process and deadlines were as promised in the service description. I got notifications for each step the sneakers passed, so I was very informed about the process :). I am super satisfied with the service and the sneakers I got :)

Alles was van tevoren duidelijk aan geven met hoe je bestelling te werking ging dus je weet ook gelijk waar je aan toe bent! De schoenen waren ook mooi en netjes verpakt.

Es un enga�o! No me ha llegado la compra despu�s de 2 meses, 3 semanas reclam�ndolo y hace unos d�as recibo un albar�n de entrega que no era en mi domicilio, ni mi nombre ni DNI, tienen la poca verg�enza de no hacer el seguimiento del transportista, desconoc�a que son intermediarios con productos, nuevos y de segunda mano, pagas env�o, transacci�n de ellos y seguro? No me han planteado ni la devoluci�n, pretenden que el seguimiento lo haga yo, no compr�is he tenido que denunciar a la OCU ya que con todos los mails que he mandado no han tenido suficiente, espero que no timen a m�s gente. Me han enviado un documento en el que no consta ni el nombre de la empresa donde he hecho la compra ni la de env�o, un documento �tipo�a nombre de una empresa que no tiene nada que ver, he enviado 5 mails indicando que no he recibido el pedido, y el albar�n no est� firmado por mi. Lo he denunciado y con los mails que tengo y respuestas suficiente no tengo que enviar m�s datos, que pena que tengan que perder el tiempo en contestar los comentarios y no de hacer el seguimiento de mi compra he solicitado la devoluci�n de mi dinero y a eso no contestan nada, ni mail ni llamada.

One of the shoes had some stains on the white front part. There were also some threads that we had to cut ourselves. It felt like an outlet shoe with small defects. ***Update*** Hypeboost was happy to give us new shoes, but since they were already worn by my daughter, they couldn�t proceed with their return policy. My mistake, so a big 5 for the effort, but still two stars for delivering a bad shoe from the beginning. I�ll raise to a 3 star for the effort.

I ordered a pair of Air Jordan 1 Mid. I received my order in less than 2 weeks and l am delighted with my purchase. I could not find these anywhere else and was expecting delivery to be longer. I constantly received email updates from Hypeboost during the process. I will be purchasing from here again and would have no problem recommending to friends.

Habr� vendido en hypeboost por lo menos 30 pares, es una plataforma muy sencilla y ideal para vender. No obstante en el caso de la compra hay que ir con mucho cuidado, en mi caso he comprado unas 10 veces y he recibido 3 de esos pares falsos. Tras recibirlos decid� hacer un legit check en una tienda y en una aplicaci�n y salieron fake, los otros 7 salieron originales. No obstante coment� la situaci�n a hypeboost y solo hac�an que darme largas y ignorarme hasta hoy que me han bloqueado la cuenta para no darme la raz�n. Despu�s de esto ya he emprendido acciones legales que ya actuar�n y repercutir�n pronto. Respuesta: Me encantar�a poder enviaros todos los documentos que me ped�s, el problema es que ya me hab�is bloqueado la cuenta por el simple hecho de deciros que me hab�is vendido dos productos falsificados, por eso he tenido que escribir aqu� para hacer que vuestra realidad se vea. Por otra parte os mande varios correos, cuando visteis que ten�a raz�n yo dejasteis de contestarme.
