I strongly advise against dealing with Hypeboost.

Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant situation with Hypeboost last week. I strongly advise against selling on this platform, there is no support on their part, they don't give a **** about me and my money.
On March 20, 2023, I sent them a couple of dunks at UPS Access Point, from which I have been sending packages for a long time. On March 27, 2023, I was informed by Hypeboost that I sent the wrong shoes. They were delivered some women's wedges - not the dunks I sent. I've sold several pairs through them before, never a problem. Hence the conclusion that the package was most likely stolen and replaced on the route by one of the couriers.
I called UPS and they informed me that they can only investigate the package if requested by Hypeboost because Hypeboost paid for the package.
I have asked Hypeboost several times to take the matter to UPS, but they don't care and pretend to be stupid. They could take the matter to UPS, but apparently they don't want to.
Finally, the icing on the cake - they banned my account.
I realize that transferring the case to UPS would not necessarily solve the case - the package might not be found anyway. I mean their approach to me as a customer. I've sold a few pairs through them and they don't give a **** about me. Only they can file a case with UPS - it's my only chance to get my money back, but they just don't want to.
I strongly advise against dealing with Hypeboost.
