After hypeboost had authenticated the shoes they arrived quite quickly. I got a lot of updates and it was easy to track where in The process the package were. I bought Shrek crocs and one of the Jibbitz/noses had a dent/scratch on it. But idk when that happened, could have to do with The production of when they made the shoe but in that case they should maybe disclaim things like that so that I know what buying. I still want them but it does bother me. ^^`

Nadat ik gister een negatieve review heb geplaatst bij Trustpilot over het misleidende bedrijf Hypeboost wil ik nog iets toevoegen. Gister kreeg ik van Trustpilot een mail dat ik mijn mailadres of telefoonnummer moest doorgeven aan Trustpilot zodat Hypeboost contact met mij kom opnemen. Dat heb ik ook gedaan met het gevolg dat ze me hebben geblokkeerd om op hun site te komen. En lees op Trustpilot dat er nog meer gedupeerden zijn. Daarom mensen kijk niet naar de goede beoordelingen maar scrol door tot de negatieve reviews. Graag zou ik in contact komen met gedupeerden zodat wij samen ervoor kunnen zorgen dat dit bedrijf aan banden wordt gelegd. Ik voeg mijn mailadres toe misschien dat Hypeboost wel op een fatsoenlijke manier klanten te woord kunnen staan. Slechte klantenservice. Mijn bestelling van 11.10 is nog niet geleverd en ik krijg slecht contact met de klantenservice en vage incomplete antwoorden. Ook is er geen telefoonnummer waarop ik ze kan bereiken. Dit geeft, ondanks alle goede reviews die ik lees, geen prettig gevoel en daardoor twijfel ik sterk aan de betrouwbaarheid.
