Ik heb op 5 december Uggs besteld voor mijn dochter en daarvoor de hoofdprijs betaald, dat is mijn eigen keuze maar dan moeten ze ook snel handelen en wil ik ze, zoals ze op de website doen geloven dan ook binnen 5 werkdagen in huis. Annuleren kan niet, schrijft ene Julia van de klantenservice. Ze zijn telefonisch niet bereikbaar en reageren telkens heel traag. We zijn inmiddels 10 werkdagen verder:( Mijn advies, ga niet met ze in zee. Gelukkig heb ik met mn cc betaald en zal ik uiteindelijk mijn geld terug krijgen

A week ago I received a message about my purchase, that it was on its way to them. After a week, I didn't receive any confirmation message as if they had reached them. I sent two messages to them from their website, asking what happened to them and nothing. I am very disappointed considering that I saw that everyone left good reviews in general. I hope we can solve the problem

Blij met de new balance sneakers! Nergens waren deze meer te krijgen in de juiste maat maar wel via hypeboost. De sneakers zijn nieuw, origineel en in doos. Bedankt voor de goede service en snelle levering.

Betrouwbare site en binnen een week m�n schoenen binnen!

Es hat zwar drei Wochen gedauert aber die Wartezeit hat sich gelohnt. Ich habe f�r meine Tochter ihre Wunschstiefel bekommen die �berall ausverkauft waren. Die jeweiligen Fortschritte bei der Bestellung wurden immer per mail �bermittelt. Leider hat der Lieferdienst DPD wieder einmal auf ganzer Linie versagt und hat die Wartezeit um 4 Tage verlangert. Die Stiefel kamen gut verpackt an und haben meine Erwartung erf�llt. Kann Hypeboost nur weiterempfehlen. Also gute 5 Sterne.

You do not have the same consumer rights you have with other 3rd party sites such as ebay or vinted. Once you place the order thats it. Customer service is poor and use vile treats when you contact them. I did receive the shoes and they were in good shape but Hypeboost had their branding all over the shoe and the box which is not ideal for when gifting. Would not order from again
