The website is easy to navigate, making ordering easy and simple. There is a wide variety of products in different volumes/weights. I sometimes prefer to be able to view the finished product ingredient list and description before ordering. That way, I can determine if it will be suitable for my needs. When you go through the website and order it is always efficient, but should you try and change something in this case it was to add to the order after having paid for the first one, things are not that efficient, and as with Escentia is is always the customers fault.
