Friendly, efficient service with competitive pricing

We have been buying from Escentia for many years, and have always had such friendly, helpful and efficient service from them. As a natural product company with our main raw materials used in our manufacturing being carrier and essential oils, it is imperative that we source the best quality, but also cost effective products and they have delivered on both of these needs. I highly recommend them!

Dedicated and professional

I have always found Escentia to have a personal touch when necessary but they are also prompt and professional in everyday dealings with clients. I love the quality of the oils and the high standards they keep themselves to. This engenders trust between them and their clients which is rare.

Very good

Very good.

For the last few years we don't have any problems with you . Very happy with your service and you always deliver of what we want. Just one thing that I would loved if you can send more testers , because of that we sell more oils . We always burn essential oils in our store and because of the lovely scents people want to be in our store and shop more. I you can look into that will appreciate it muchly.

Excellent as always!

From 2018 I have been dealing with escentia and are never left with any other experience than just being taken aback by the care and excellence of the company's service. This is not isolated to one or two individuals, but everybody you deal with. The company must be taking good care of staff members, because it is usually the case when you have such excellence as a standard from the top to the bottom ... with regards to product and staff and customer care ... quite unusual. One thing though ... since ordering online I do really miss interacting with staff members more. A great team of people ... owner of Escentia ... you can be proud!!! And grateful.
