Zwar muss der Kunde – und das kommt immer häufiger vor – die Kosten der Rücksendung tragen. Wir überlassen dem Kunden jedoch die freie Wahl des Transportunternehmens, sodass der Kunde die für ihn günstigste bzw. einfachste Versandart wählen kann. Wir verstehen Ihren Ärger über die immer weiter steigenden Tarife der Spediteure, ermitteln deren Kosten jedoch leider nicht. Beste Rob, Hartelijk dank voor het nemen van de moeite om ons van feedback te voorzien. Het punt t.a.v. de verzending is inmiddels opgelost en verzending geschiedt nu weer zoals vanouds vanuit Circle of Gentlemen. Voor wat betreft de opmerking over de manchetten, dit gaan wij zeker extra aandacht geven bij een volgende productie van onze hemden. Een minimale aanpassing zullen we zeker gaan doen! Team Circle

Dear Brian, thank you so much for your purchases, your compliments and also your suggestion for 2 button collar shirts. As designer I also love the shape of this higher collar and also the 3 button sleeves. It gives a powerfull appearance and a classy touch to the shirts. Every season I put in some 2 button collars. This summer season shirt Mika and Mart already are in stock. Beginning April we will introduce 2 high quality plain shirts with 2 button collars in colors White and Lightblue. Also for coming Fall/Winter there are some of this style shirts included in the collection. My designer heart is also thinking about 3 button collar as a vintage, I only have to convince the team :-)

Dear Johan, we are pleased to read that our philosophy regarding our sizepacks works. It's a fact that for all our products the measurements are every season the same, so your size stays your size. In shirts, sweaters, chino's, pants and more. if your weight is stable :-) We keep on using designs which are exclusively made for Circle of Gentlemen. Some think it's to much but others love them.

Dear Mister Cherbaka, The bottom line is that you ordered in 2020, 2021 and 2022 and everything was completed successfully but ended in a lot of conversation about buttons, refunds, asking discount etc. In 2024 you placed 2 orders under 2 different names. You purchase on April 24, 2024 and this was refunded on May 22 because you had not paid the import duties. You have emailed DHL (they also called you) extensively but were unable to reach an agreement with them. We have paid the shipping costs of €77.00 to DHL and informed you that we will not deliver you anymore given the problems troughout the years. Still you make another purchase on October 17 and we have canceled it directly to prevent us from having a lot of problems again.
