The plants was in good condition at delivery. Size matched the interval (60-80) on the description. Delivery was one day earlier than expected. Normally a good thing, but since I was away on vacation i would have preferred that the order was delivered on the agreed date, then I would have been home to receive and expect the goods. For this reason I give 4-stars for delivery.

Kom p� aftalte dato - ved 7-tiden om morgenen. Planterne ser sunde og raske ud, og var ok fugtige ved leveringen. Eneste minus er, at de er lavere end bestilt (h�kplanter med en bestemt h�jde var bestilt og betalt for, og alle planterne er lavere end det nedre tal i intervallet for h�jden ).

The delivery was delayed even though I directly wrote, I needed the delivery on a exact date. I had also to find out myself that the delivery was delayed. I ordered 45 plantes but only Got 43 delivered. The plants were also in a semi poor condition problably cause the Lack of space under the transport

I could have lived without the story from DSV; that the plants was stranded in Germany, since I got them at the end of the expected delivery day. Customer service did an excellent job and proactively informed about the potential situation. Most of the plants were squeezed out of shape, and lots of leaves were broken off, due to the pressure of several hundred kiloes of dirt protecting the roots.
