Usually works with no probs, but my requests for help have always been answsered quickly & solved!

I use Getflix mainly for the VPN service. Occasional (but infrequent) hiccups, and always I have received courteous and effective responses to my requests for help. Definitely would recommend.

Every now and again the streaming services try to prevent people accessing them using Smart DNS, but Getflix respond quickly and they also provide prompt individual customer support via email.

Half a decade long satisfied customer
