Anthony solved my problem but only after 5 contacts where you received my message but failed to reply Then when I contacted on my other email address your staff refused to accept it and gave me no help As i said several times my registered email is not working

I have been a Getflix subscriber for a number of years now. It works ... very well. But sometimes the streaming providers change and Getflix stops working. When this happens, an email to Getflix Support gets the issue resolved promptly - sometimes within minutes! Getflix can be trusted to provide a quality service, with above average support for the occasional issue when it arises.

Tried to help me overcome my government's restrictions on connecting to VPNs and DNS servers.

The service overall is really easy to use and doesn't impact any other web traffic which is great. Recently an issue arose and I had to contact customer support for the first time in 7 years of using getflix and was very impressed by the customer service provided.

It is the best service I have found. I've been using it for 6+ years and purchased it for my family as well. Whenever there is a problem the staff replies very quickly and has always found a solution. With their service I don't need to switch countries and on my apple TV have apps and services from 4+ countries at one time.

For some reason the servers went down temporarily on the Getflix site. However the team were fast to get everything back up and running and rectified the problem efficiently.

I was having trouble with Getflix not recognising my router DNS settings. A quick response from support requesting screenshots and an equally quick response once I'd replied. Anti-virus software running its own VPN and overrding my router settings.

Contacted Getflix to get an issue resolved and they responded within an hour to advise they were looking at it and then followed up within an hour with further assistance

The team did a fantastic job sorting out connection to a local NZ streaming service. When the usual stuff checking settings etc didn’t work, they took it further, fixed it and tested it for me. Great stuff!
