No need to walk around the premises looking for a sales associate who has time to assist you, unlike mediamarkt to name one, where on a busy day you have to literally beg for someone to help you. cool blue has a well organised customer assistance planning system via the check in modems You have our family as a return customer and hopefully you can keep this up

Great as usual!!!!!!!

I can't say enough about what a pleasure it is to shop at your Almere store. I can't speak about your other stores but the Cool Blue store in Almere has very friendly, helpful and professional staff and it's for this reason I'm a loyal customer. I've asked different workers there how does Cool Blue treat you and they tell me the same thing. Great. The board of Cool Blue are very smart business professionals because a happy staff always means happy customers. I only go to Media Markt if I can't find a product elsewhere because their customer service stinks and I hate shopping there.

Repair took a month

The repair of my PC took a month. The PC was 4 months old, so it was barely used. If you need a repair it's better to return the product and buy a new one. Don't use a repair service.

Disappointing Delivery Experience – Multiple Issues

I usually expect great service from Coolblue, but this time around, my experience has been incredibly frustrating. It all started on the 8th of October when I ordered an LG fridge (Order No: 84043701). Upon delivery, I discovered the fridge had mold, and its Wi-Fi didn’t work. I was understandably disappointed and decided to spend extra money on a completely new fridge (Order No: 84072675). When the second fridge arrived on the 11th of October, I was disheartened to see that it was already dented straight out of the box. So, once again, I had to call customer service and arrange for a replacement. Today, the 12th of October, the third fridge (Order No: 84111170) arrived, but things went from bad to worse. The delivery person refused to unpack the fridge or place it in the designated spot, citing “company policy.” Now, I’m left wondering how I’m supposed to move a 140kg fridge without any proper equipment. And to make matters worse, I have to wait until Tuesday for someone to come and unpack it for me. Three deliveries, three problems. This is far from the level of service I’ve come to expect from Coolblue, and honestly, I’m at my wits’ end. I hope the company can resolve this soon, but for now, I’m incredibly disappointed.

Late delivery availability

When I ordered the product the next available dates was earliest a week later. I could only chose that day not earlier. Even though the product page said next day delivery. Along with this I like to mention, The product delivered well and delivery service was good.

Terrible delivery

Ordering easy - but delivery was a mess. Requested delivery Wed evening. Was informed it would be delivered Tuesday evening, then a time was given between 9-10pm so I had to make sure I was home at the time. Delivery never showed up and had to go to a Post NL site to pick up myself the next day.
