My experience with Coolblue has always been positive as the employees are trying to help while being their best behavior.

I recently visited the Coolblue store at Amsterdam Zuidas to purchase a PS5/PS5 Pro, and I was lucky enough to be a customer of Jules. From the moment we started speaking, Jules went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, professional, incredibly supportive and motivated. He addressed all my concerns, offered great advice, and made me feel confident in my decision. As someone with a technical background, I truly appreciated how well he handled my questions with expertise and patience. Jules exuded a vibe of trust, helped me with a big smile, and genuinely made my day! He absolutely deserves recognition, a promotion, or a gift—thank you, Jules, for making my shopping experience unforgettable.

No need to walk around the premises looking for a sales associate who has time to assist you, unlike mediamarkt to name one, where on a busy day you have to literally beg for someone to help you. cool blue has a well organised customer assistance planning system via the check in modems You have our family as a return customer and hopefully you can keep this up

I can't say enough about what a pleasure it is to shop at your Almere store. I can't speak about your other stores but the Cool Blue store in Almere has very friendly, helpful and professional staff and it's for this reason I'm a loyal customer. I've asked different workers there how does Cool Blue treat you and they tell me the same thing. Great. The board of Cool Blue are very smart business professionals because a happy staff always means happy customers. I only go to Media Markt if I can't find a product elsewhere because their customer service stinks and I hate shopping there.

The repair of my PC took a month. The PC was 4 months old, so it was barely used. If you need a repair it's better to return the product and buy a new one. Don't use a repair service.

Buying and receiving goods from Coolblue is always a pleasure. Basically, I am sure me and everyone thinks "why can't other companies make it so easy to spend money?" Thanks for the new SSD and thanks for being the industry standard

Fast, friendly, affordable

I bought and paid screen protector for my iPad. But your guys put it unbalanced on my iPad . When I told him he said that’s best he could do. Seriously!!!!!!!

I was suppose to receive a screen protector for Fairphone4 and I received a different screen protector, which size doesn't fit

I usually expect great service from Coolblue, but this time around, my experience has been incredibly frustrating. It all started on the 8th of October when I ordered an LG fridge (Order No: 84043701). Upon delivery, I discovered the fridge had mold, and its Wi-Fi didn’t work. I was understandably disappointed and decided to spend extra money on a completely new fridge (Order No: 84072675). When the second fridge arrived on the 11th of October, I was disheartened to see that it was already dented straight out of the box. So, once again, I had to call customer service and arrange for a replacement. Today, the 12th of October, the third fridge (Order No: 84111170) arrived, but things went from bad to worse. The delivery person refused to unpack the fridge or place it in the designated spot, citing “company policy.” Now, I’m left wondering how I’m supposed to move a 140kg fridge without any proper equipment. And to make matters worse, I have to wait until Tuesday for someone to come and unpack it for me. Three deliveries, three problems. This is far from the level of service I’ve come to expect from Coolblue, and honestly, I’m at my wits’ end. I hope the company can resolve this soon, but for now, I’m incredibly disappointed.

When I ordered the product the next available dates was earliest a week later. I could only chose that day not earlier. Even though the product page said next day delivery. Along with this I like to mention, The product delivered well and delivery service was good.

Everything was perfect. Order was easy to place and the item arrived as promised the next day.

Ordering easy - but delivery was a mess. Requested delivery Wed evening. Was informed it would be delivered Tuesday evening, then a time was given between 9-10pm so I had to make sure I was home at the time. Delivery never showed up and had to go to a Post NL site to pick up myself the next day.

Bonus/Benefits points - not clear how to use properly; I was not able to split them, however I filled only part of the payment to be done with points - but it took all the points for the payment.

I've pick Saturday as a delivery day so I could be at home. My package was sent to the post nl pick up point anyway.
