In the case of the first bottle, the substance did not seem right, so we sent a new bottle. When we received the return, it seemed that another product had been put in the bottle. Before sending the replacement bottle, we checked everything thoroughly to prevent this from happening again. We are therefore confident that we sent the correct bottle.
After the second complaint, you also returned this bottle. When we received it, we noticed that the cap was different from the one we had sent the product with. Also, part of the shampoo was out and it looked like the bottle had been used several times.
We tried to accommodate you, but unfortunately we cannot accept the bottle as a return as the product is not in the same condition as how we shipped it. We are very sorry that you are accusing us of scams, as we only supply genuine and authentic products.
