Kiyoh processes the Personal Data that the User enters when posting the Review on the Website. It involves the following Personal Data: name, place of residence, email address (mandatory)

Through the Website, Kiyoh further processes IP addresses of Users. This data is used exclusively to check whether the Service is used legitimately and the User does not, for example, post multiple Reviews for the same company. After a period of 3 months, they are deleted or anonymized.

Kiyoh receives no personally identifiable information from the end user from the Company’s database through the interface. Only an anonymous order transaction ID is sent. If Kiyoh provides the service to send the review invitation email, the necessary personal data is used only for this specific purpose. After the legal retention period, this data will be deleted.

The Company is responsible for compliance with applicable data protection laws. Furthermore, the Company is solely responsible for how End Users are approached and informed about the possibility of leaving Reviews & Ratings; for assessing the legal permissibility of the advertising (including the manner of it) of the Company’s products and/or services, in particular under competition and advertising laws; and for assessing the requirements under competition, data protection and other relevant laws and for obtaining the required consent from the End User.

KIYOH ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM A BREACH OF THE ABOVE OBLIGATIONS.

Personal data transferred to Kiyoh is used exclusively within the framework of the concluded contractual relationship and related purposes such as fraud prevention, storage, encryption and data use. This data is not shared with unaffiliated third parties. Kiyoh represents and warrants that its collection, access, use, storage, disposal and disclosure of Personal Information complies and will comply with all applicable privacy laws in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
