Together Against Fake Reviews
The Consumer & Market Authority (ACM) is the independent regulator that ensures that companies act fairly and transparently. They intervene in cases of misleading practices, including the use of fake reviews.
As a review platform, we work with the ACM to protect consumers from misinformation. We ensure that reviews are collected and published fairly, so that companies are not knowingly misrepresented
What does the ACM ask of us and of you?
The ACM increasingly receives reports of companies being approached to buy fake reviews, or actively seeking ways to artificially boost their reputation themselves. At Klantenvertellen, we support the ACM in the fight against fake reviews. We do this in the following ways:

We ask companies to let us know if they have been (or are being) approached to buy fake reviews.

Anyone who receives a suspicious offer or has signs of fake reviews is asked to report it to the ACM.
