As a Customer Service employee at klantenvertellen & kiyoh, you will work at one of the fastest growing review platforms in the Netherlands. We work for large and small companies and have intensive partnerships with leading industry organizations. Online reviews have become increasingly important in recent years. This obviously also applies to E-commerce, with the review label Kiyoh we specifically help webshops collect and publish customer reviews. With an enthusiastic team we work daily to improve customer satisfaction around the world. Will you strengthen our team?
What will you do?
With your commercial flair on the phone and affinity for E-commerce, you make sure that our customers actively collect reviews and increase customer value by actively selling the extra functional options the platform has to offer. Your discussion partners are located in every conceivable industry, making the conversations very diverse and no day the same. Your target is more sales through reviews!
Your duties:
Assess needs and potential over the phone;
Present products/services via web demos;
Generate leads and set appointments for self and colleagues;
Quote preparation, follow-up and completion;
Record customer communications in CRM system.
You are:
A sales talent who enjoys intensive consultative selling;
Relatively or highly experienced in B2B telephone sales consulting;
A communicative talent, assertive and enthusiastic;
Motivated, reliable and goal-oriented;
Positive attitude, collegial and have a sense of humor.
What do we ask of you?
Minimum MBO working and thinking level;
1 to 4 years of relevant commercial work experience (preferably within B2B);
You have excellent communication skills;
You are proactive and driven;
You are used to working with sales targets;
Excellent command of the Dutch language, English and German are a plus;
Affinity with online marketing is a plus;
You learn quickly, can switch gears well and have a flexible work attitude;
You live in the region of Tilburg. (radius 20 km)
