Kiyoh offers several links for automated review requests that allow businesses to easily collect customer reviews. These links include integrations with popular e-commerce platforms such as Magento, WooCommerce, Lightspeed and Mijnwebwinkel. In addition, API links can be created for custom solutions, and there are also options for links through email marketing tools. This allows companies to automatically send review requests based on customer interactions such as a purchase or order status. Be sure to check out our link partners page for more info.

Are you already a customer?
Every customer of ours gets their own review page within kiyoh. This page is displayed organically along with your score and number of stars. Kiyoh is also Google Partner so review stars can be automatically loaded into the Google ad when you meet the Google guidelines. As a Google partner, the reviews can also be published within Google Shopping and Google My Business. Within Google Shopping, your recommendation score and number of reviews are included. Within Google My Business, your score and number of reviews will be published.
On our review pages we publish both the average review score over the past 12 months and as well as the total review score, in order to give a good idea of the current experience with this company. The scores are calculated based on an average and does not depend on other factors. Read more.
Kiyoh values the reliability of reviews. Real reviews and stories, written by customers who have actually purchased a product or service. Our review system actively invites customers to leave a review. To check the reliability of reviews, we have built barriers into our system to ensure that the reviews given are from real customers. Still, sometimes it happens that a review is spurious. If you use our review system and suspect this, you can report the review. Our review specialists will then investigate the review further.
Reviews cannot be edited or deleted by the company from which you made a purchase or took a service. However, a company can respond to them so that any complaint is resolved. So even negative experiences are simply shown. If necessary, the given review will be adjusted afterwards, but only the customer himself can do this. Moreover, we always refer to the original review with a link. Kiyoh can remove a review, but only when it does not meet our guidelines or when personal data is shared. Our review specialists will be happy to inform you about this. Together we will devise an approach to collect as many reliable reviews as possible. You can also ‘warm up’ customers yourself. For example, announce to customers that they will be invited to leave a review and tell them that you value this.

Our advice is not to do this, as a customer may experience this as steering. Google also has certain guidelines for this, read more. In addition, since May 28, 2022 there are new rules for online sales. Because of new European directives, consumers are better protected online. This includes the following question: Can I give away incentives for reviews? Despite our negative opinion, we, as kiyoh, cannot rule this out 100%, unfortunately. Outside of our mailing, a business owner can still offer incentives of his own accord. Think of an own mailing, offering an incentive personally, etc. Should you as a customer want to use this in the review invitations, you are obliged to mention this in accordance with the new legislation when publishing your reviews.

As a reviewer, you can have your review modified or deleted. You do this by contacting us in writing so that we can verify your e-mail address. Buyers of a product or service are allowed to write one review about their experience with the company. We do this to prevent abuse. Satisfied customers or acquaintances of a company can hardly manipulate the review score this way. Our systems are set up so that we receive a notification when someone tries to give multiple reviews. However, it is possible to give more than one review if you have purchased another service or product from the same company.
