Who Can and Cannot Review
Anyone with a recent experience and proof of purchase can leave a review. Employees, friends, or family members are not allowed to review your business. You also cannot review competitors.
Requesting Reviews
When sending out invitations for reviews, it must be done in an honest and unbiased manner. Offering incentives, such as discounts or gifts, is not allowed.
No Fake Reviews
We have a zero-tolerance policy for fake reviews. These are immediately removed.
