Shopware reviews with the Kiyoh plugin
Get the plugin from the Shopware Store, activate it in the admin under Plugins, enter API key and company ID, and send invitations per Sales Channel. Flow Builder manages the trigger. Compatible with Shopware 6.5 to 6.7.
Reviews from the Store, not via a separate ZIP file
Shopware reviews with Kiyoh start at the official listing Kiyoh Klantenvertellen Automatic Review Invites. You install or download there, activate in the admin under Plugins, and then link your Kiyoh account. No Composer package name, no self-built module: the same plugin as listed in the Store. Detailed product text is available on the Shopware plugin page; this is about reviews after orders in 6.5, 6.6, and 6.7.

Kiyoh Klantenvertellen — Automatic Review Invites
Install or download, then activate under Plugins in your Shopware admin.
From Store listing to first invitation
Same sequence as in the plugin documentation: Store, activate, API, language per channel, test.
Install via the Shopware Store
Open the listing Kiyoh Klantenvertellen Automatic Review Invites and install from the Store, or from your Shopware admin.
Activate under Plugins
Go to Settings > System > Plugins. Enable the Kiyoh plugin; Shopware will create the necessary tables automatically.
API Key and Company ID
Enter your API key and company ID in the plugin configuration. Both are available in the Kiyoh dashboard under Settings > API.
Language per Sales Channel
Select the language of the invitation for each Sales Channel. The plugin follows the language of the order in that channel.
Flow Builder and Test Order
Link a Flow Builder action to an order status if you want to control the trigger yourself. Then place a test order and check the invitation in Kiyoh.
Flow Builder for the trigger, CMS blocks for the score
The plugin registers as an action in Shopware Flow Builder. You initiate a review invitation on an order event — such as a status change — instead of a separate cron script. Shop reviews and product reviews are received through the same integration. On the storefront, you display the score using Shopware CMS blocks. Multiple Kiyoh accounts can be used simultaneously, per channel. Steps and versions are also available at /kiyoh-shopware-plugin-6-7/.
- Flow Builder action on order events
- Shop reviews and product reviews
- Kiyoh widget via Shopware CMS blocks
- Multiple Kiyoh accounts possible
"Order via the German Sales Channel, invitation in German. Score visible via a CMS block."
