Kiyoh Verified Product Review Connect Your Store, Then Collect Product Reviews
The steps below are from the existing Shopify integration. They connect your shop; product reviews themselves remain a Kiyoh product via invitations.
Open the Shopify App Store
Search for 'Kiyoh' or go to the official listing: https://apps.shopify.com/kiyoh-plugin.
Add and Authorize App
Click on Add App and grant the app access to your Shopify store. No custom code needed.
API Key from the Kiyoh Dashboard
In Kiyoh: Settings > API. Paste the key into the app settings in Shopify to synchronize orders.
Invitation Timing After Fulfillment
The app responds to fulfillment/shipped (including partial fulfillments). Set 7–14 days so the package arrives before the email is sent.
Test Order and Product Reviews
Place a test order and check the invitation in Kiyoh. Collect product reviews through that invitation flow — not via an additional App Store product.
Stars for Your Products in Google Shopping
You can link Kiyoh product reviews to Google Merchant Center, allowing stars and scores to appear with your items in Shopping. This is the same Kiyoh product review flow as on other platforms — no extra Shopify shopping app. If you have a Shopify product feed to Merchant Center, verified product reviews enhance the listing. Shop reviews via the app remain useful for your store's credibility; Shopping stars by SKU require product reviews.
