Business review via Kiyoh WooCommerce plugin From WordPress plugin to first shop review
Same steps as in the official plugin documentation: search or upload ZIP, then API and timing.
Install Kiyoh Reviews
In WordPress: Plugins > New Plugin, search for ‘Kiyoh Reviews’. Or upload the ZIP, or add the plugin via Composer.
Activate and Open Kiyoh
After activation, the fields are located under WooCommerce > Settings > Kiyoh.
API Key and Connector Code
Paste the API key and connector code from your Kiyoh dashboard and save.
Status and Delay
Choose the order status that triggers the invitation — usually Completed. Default delay is 7 days; a reminder is sent if there is no response.
Test with a Real Order
Complete a test order to Completed and check in Kiyoh if the shop review invitation has been created.
Display Your Shop Score in WordPress and Google
Place the Kiyoh widget in a sidebar or paste the shortcode on a landing page, footer, or checkout thank you page. Rich Snippets help Google display your shop score as stars. WPML sends the invitation in the customer's language. Technical details and ZIP are available on the WooCommerce integrations page.
